Business Leadership

If you are transitioning your sales career to real estate, you will be guided by someone who has successfully made this transition himself: Frank Mazzotta our Managing Director.  After gaining a business degree and achieving executive-level success in the IT industry – at the Asia Pacific level – Frank wanted to make a personal difference in his community.

Starting in real estate in 2000 Frank quickly transferred all that international perspective into local professionalism. After a few years translating his own sales skills to his new industry Frank was ready for the challenge of re-engineering the way real estate offices are run and bring to bear some of his high-end management skills.

In 2005 he purchased the already successful PRDnationwide office in Bexley North. In 2009 he started a growth path that sees him heading up a team over 4 offices and with the purchase of the PRDnationwide Ramsgate Beach office in 2013 establishing a new office in Kingsgrove and finally in 2017 an office in Beverly Hills.

Starting with our Beverly Hills office opened in the early 1960’s we have built and served a massive client base; not just homeowners and buyers but also project developers, architects, council planners, business and community leaders. You can only grow a business over this length of time with absolute integrity and a commitment to effective business processes.


We have one of the largest property rent rolls in the region. This is important as it demonstrates our reputation in the marketplace. You don’t build big rent rolls without a well-run business maintaining a first-class reputation. We currently have over 800 properties under our management.
