Following a promotion of our leasing officer to the role Executive P.A., we have an opportunity for a Leasing Officer to support our four offices working from our Ramsgate Beach Office. Join a company with one of the largest property rent rolls and leasing businesses in Sydney! This is driven by our large Property Management division spread over our four offices.
This is a 5 days a week role including Saturdays with Thursday off.
Why become a Leasing Officer?
A Leasing Officer is a member of the Property Management team who represents the property, homes in the St George area, on behalf of our landlords when it’s time to find new tenants. So is a combination of sales and Property Management position offering you the best of both worlds; plenty of client contact, marketing and administration but without the pressure of prospecting for new properties or the complexity of managing the property over time that comes with Property Management.
You are working as part of the Property Management team with our precious landlords and contributing to our on-going relationship with them. But then you are also part of the new business sales team dealing with prospective tenants and learning to negotiate and close the business. This will help you develop some of the skills for both Property Management and New Business opportunities which in turn can lead to a career in either area.
So this Leasing Officer role is the perfect place to start a career in real estate or step up from an administrative role. You will be learning from a company who has a proven track record in Real Estate excellence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR YOU IN YOU?
- You are a local of the St George area or you grew up here.
- You have some administration skills and a comfort level with using a diverse range of technology tools.
- Use o a car and a drivers license; P’s or full
- A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of registration is ideal but not mandatory.
