YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Carbon Pathways was started by a team of experienced sales professionals with a proven sales model who have achieved spectacular results. With this foundation we have grown really quickly to a size that we need several team leaders across both the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.
We are looking for an experienced direct sales person to start a new sales area and grow into a team leadership role within 12-18 months.

With our current rate of growth and changes to federal tertiary education announced for 2016 creating more scholarship opportunities we are already planning for regional sales managers to co-ordinate the efforts of many teams across the State.
THE RIGHT FINANCIAL PACKAGE
You will receive a starting salary of $42,000pa (incl Super) + uncapped commissions for your first month while you familiarise yourself with the product. Once this period has elapsed you will have an opportunity to negotiate a higher salary based on your performance. Once your first month has elapsed your OTE is $90,000pa.
