Join our Palm Beach Office within the Property Management team providing admin support and work within one of Australasia’s most respected real estate names, First National.
We have a long history of finding and training our property managers from the ground up. Many of our Property Management staff started their careers with us in this role as Property Management Associates. This role gives you the time to learn to handle people in varied circumstances, both landlords, and tenants, solve problems and deal with issues.
Your role will be to provide administrative support to five property managers and a Business Development manager at our Palm Beach office. You will provide them with front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants both in person and by phone, web listing uploads, emarketing and a variety of routine clerical tasks. All the time, we promise, you will be learning how to become a great Property Manager.
From the very start you will be provided with on-site mentoring, so you can become an expert at our systems, weekly on-site training, and monthly external training all paid for by the office.
We are looking for somebody who can go on to become a fully qualified member of our elite Property Management team and be responsible for a portfolio of 250 properties and constantly maintain best practice standards in Property Management.
This role reports directly to our Property Management Team Leader in the Palm Beach office. Our Property Management division comprises three teams and is headed by Property Management director, Dorothy Hamilton. Dorothy is one of the best-known and most highly regarded Property Managers in First National as well as a highly respected trainer, mentor and speaker throughout Queensland.
