No matter what level of experience you are at, you will have access to targeted courses to equip and hone your skills. Ongoing mentoring programs by our principal and senior staff support you post training to translate your learning into effective selling skills. Rob Westwood, Your Mentor

Guiding your learning is our Principal and licensee Rob Westwood who has had a wealth of personal selling experience and knowledge about our market. Following a full career in the building industry and joining the business in 2002 Rob has developed into a leading agent in the Wyndham area as well as frequently positioned in the top 10% of the First National network. In a network now well over 500 offices this is significant.

Rob still remembers his own learning progress and is focused on guiding you in a systematic way through all the parts of listing and selling at a speed that suits your current experience and learning style. Rob will ensure you see how these skills and tools are implemented in practical circumstances and allowing you time to develop your own wording to suit your style without losing sales while you are learning.

We plan for success, not failure, which is why we only start people whom we believe have the inbuilt qualities of an effective sales person specifically for the real estate industry.  The importance of our sales requires extensive and finely tuned sales skills quite different to other sales jobs. The first part of this process is the careful selection of staff to join our team using a sales specific selection system called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) which identifies if you have the inherent ability to sell, even if you have no prior sales experience.

We won’t let you give up your current role just to ‘have a go’. If we offer you a role it will be because we can see you have the right ingredients needed to list and sell real estate and you can confident plan a professional career with us.

The Right Financial Package

We understand it takes time and resources to build a real estate selling career. That’s why we offer a base retainer plus commission package. We don’t want you starving to death before you have a chance to reach your selling potential.

You will be earning commission after the initial basic 3-month training program on a sliding scale reflecting your growing autonomy. Rob wants you to learn your craft and develop your local knowledge so that by the end of your transition to solo real estate agent you too will be a recognised local authority.

We know the value of professional sales skills and how to help you evolve yours within the specialised context of real estate.  You may have considered joining other RE agencies or even spent time with another agent but if you really want to reach your maximum sales potential you’ll need to join us.
