Our office

We offer you the knowledge, leadership and support to get your real estate career moving. Our Principal, Tamara Lloyd is committed to working with you to achieve this. Tamara is a seasoned real estate professional having been an award winning Property Manager first, then moving to sales where she was the 7th highest performer in the entire VIC/TAS region for Ray White before working directly with the White family at state level and then finally buying her own business here in Croydon.

Tamara’s focus is clearly on her team, having had her time as the star she is not listing property herself any longer but is entirely committed to mentor and train you for success.

Tamara has on-going weekly sales meetings and training sessions designed to help all of the staff. This builds an environment of success, underpinned by REAL teamwork and values. We know everyone says they are a team but when you come in and met us you will see that for yourself. Tamara will work together with you to define realistic goals that support and assist you to grow your career.

It doesn’t stop there. At Ray White Croydon we believe all our staff require ongoing training relevant to their own needs to continue to improve. Whether you are a rookie or have been with us for many years, we continue to provide ways of helping you with in-house and external training resources.

Our training support for you

We take your training needs seriously. That’s why we utilise the specialist resources of a dedicated real estate training company.  But hearing it in a classroom is just the first step to using this knowledge effectively yourself.

You will be working directly with Tamara while you learn to put into practice the basics of real estate sales. During this early mentoring phase Tamara will also assess your natural style and then extend your practical sales experience by matching you with other staff whose style will best complement your own so that you are able to build on your unique strengths.

This buddy system is an example of our commitment to excellence as a team. While we all enjoy the exhilaration of competition we also want members we can be proud are carrying our name in the market as well as the best of us are. So letting you struggle alone to find your feet is simply not an option with us.
