From the start you will be a part of our sales team of experienced agents, working with each of them in stages to see a multitude of different ways to implement the techniques. Guiding your learning is our business owner and licensee Peter Whitcroft who has had a wealth of personal selling experience and knowledge about our market.

Peter’s whole career has been in Real Estate starting as a youngster almost straight from school. Following an award winning career in Real Estate sales in Melbourne, Peter saw the light and moved to the Gold Coast in 1987 to establish his own award winning business. Peter is now a business owner with a focus on developing solid business systems and supporting his staff to be their very best.

Peter is no longer a ‘young gun’ with a few years personal stellar success that you will have to compete against. Peter is a Principal focused on running the business and has done this very successfully through all the different market cycles to ensure the success of the entire team.

Peter will guide you in a systematic way through all the parts of the business and residential listing and selling processes at a speed that suits your current experience and learning style. You will be earning commission after the initial basic 3 month training program on a sliding scale reflecting your growing autonomy. Peter wants you to learn your craft and develop your local knowledge so that by the end of your transition to solo real estate agent you too will be a recognised local authority.
