You’ve probably heard that real estate has the highest paid sales staff, so no wonder the role attracts the very best people. However, listing real estate is far from easy; the survival rate of people starting in sales roles is less than 10% after two years.

While great agents make this look simple; if you’ve ever looked at homes for sale you’ll know there are loads of people who just don’t have it in them.

Our selection process

We plan for success, not failure, which is why we only start people whom we believe have the in-built qualities of an effective sales person specifically for the real estate industry.  The importance of our sales requires extensive and finely tuned sales skills quite different to other sales jobs.

The first part of this process is the careful selection of staff to join our team using a sales specific selection system called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP). SIP identifies if you have the inherent ability to sell, even if you have no prior sales experience and this skill is currently dormant. We won’t let you give up your current role just to ‘have a go’. If we offer you a role it will be because we can see you have the right ingredients needed to list and sell real estate.

Continuous training

When you join us we commit our resources from day one to a clear process for your learning; to ensure your first year is profitable and from there on, stellar! Our approach is to break training into logical sections so you learn and then implement the stages of selling one at a time.

PRDnationwide is a Registered Training Organisation, allowing the company to present compulsory real estate training qualification courses to members of the public as well as the PRDnationwide team.

Apart from learning from one of the best netwroks in the country our training commitment doesn’t stop there. We have ongoing training from experts in the real estate training field.  You will also have the opportunity to attend various industry events and courses including Lee Woodward’s renowned ‘The Complete Sales Person’ two day workshop to add to your marketing, listing and selling skills.

We also use a variety of on-line resources to continuously evolve our effectiveness. We often cover your travel and accommodation costs.

Our approach is not one size fits all; rather to commit our staff to quarterly training to best suit their development requirements.
Marketing and Sales Systems

Along with the professional quality of our branding, website and technology we have a local marketing support professional and in house full colour laser printing capacity. This allows us to tailor professional presentation material for each client as well as respond to changing local opportunities.  Our focus is on implementing regular promotional campaigns bringing the PRDnationwide research in combination with local as well as assisting with the smooth administration of every listing and sale. They will ensure you are able to focus on dollar-productive activity.

Local Leadership

Principal Robert Horder has an impressive sales history in real estate starting in Casino in 2005 following a career managing several hardware stores west of Maitland for Mitre10.

Robert moved with his family to beautiful Kyogle after holidaying for a few weeks with family and took the opportunity to re-engineer his career. Normally people have to move to the city to step their careers up but if you are suited to real estate this is possible everywhere.

And suited to real estate Robert certainly is.

Joining as a cadet with a different national brand in Casino he grew to a star performer completing fifty plus sales in the second year. In 2008 he become licensee of a corporate office where he was able to apply his leadership skills to the success of a team. In 2010 it was time to combine all his knowledge of selling, managing and marketing to create a business in his own town of Kyogle. Having experienced the workings of two other brands Robert choose to rebrand his newly bought office to PRDnationwide.

Having implemented state of the art systems and established himself and the brand as leaders in Kyogle, Robert is ready to develop a team and share his knowledge for sales success.

Robert is passionate about skills development and utilising technology in smart and effective ways to build success for both the business and each of his team members. No matter what your level of success he will inspire and work with you to help you grow to the next level of excellence.

 The Right Financial Package for You

We have realistic targets for your first year with us that are balanced between achievement and challenge and we will reward you proportionately for exceeding these. We start you with a full salary for the first 3 months of training before going to a salary and commission structure. Our commission structure is split into the various component parts of the listing and sale of property. This allows you to be rewarded for just the individual part you play in the team before you are managing sales alone.
