Our Principal, Tamara Lloyd is committed to working with you to get your real estate career moving by offering you the knowledge, leadership and support you need to be successful.. Tamara is a seasoned real estate professional, having been an award winning Property Manager before moving into sales where she was the seventh highest performer with Ray White in the entire VIC/TAS region. She then working directly with the White family at State level finally buying her own business here in Croydon.
Tamara’s focus is clearly on her team. Having had her time as a sales star she no longer lists property and is entirely committed to mentoring and training you to ensure you succeed.
Tamara has weekly sales meetings and training sessions designed to help all the staff. This builds an environment for success, underpinned by REAL teamwork and great values. We know everyone says they are a team but when you come and meet us you will see that for yourself. Tamara will work with you to define realistic goals that support and assist you in growing your career.
It doesn’t stop there. At Ray White Croydon we believe all our staff requires ongoing continuous improvement training relevant to their own needs.. Whether you are a rookie or have been with us for many years, we continue to provide ways of helping you with in-house and external training resources.
OUR TRAINING SUPPORT FOR YOU
We take your training needs seriously. That’s why we utilise the specialist resources of a dedicated real estate training company. But hearing it in a classroom is just the first step to using this knowledge effectively.
You will be working directly with Tamara while you learn to put into practice the basics of real estate sales. During this early mentoring phase Tamara will also assess your natural style and then extend your practical sales experience by partnering you with other staff whose style will best compliment your own so that you are able to build on your unique strengths
This buddy system is an example of our commitment to excellence as a team. While we all enjoy the exhilaration of competition we also want staff members we can be sure are carrying our name proudly in the market as well as the best of us are. So letting you struggle alone to find your feet is simply not an option with us.
