Ray White Kardinya require an Assistant Property Manager (Residential) to join a well resourced and supported property management team managing a diverse property portfolio in the Kardinya area.

Thus our Property Management department is divided into 3 sections including this role of the Assistant Property Manager, who assists the Property Manager in managing the ongoing relationship with our landlords and establishing all the legal requirements for the tenancy.
Your role in our team
Your role includes evaluating new tenants, reference checking tenants and assisting with all the legalities of tenancy writing new leases, facilitating viewings, selecting tenants, liaising with all stakeholders, resolving conflicts, ensuring standards under tenancy acts, managing rent and lease renewals, PCR’s, bond inspections and refunds.
If you are new to the role with only a small amount of experience and love the structure and challenge of this style of work Ann will work with you to develop your skills to this level

Knowledge of trust accounting, REST and My Desktop are significant assets and will be an advantage.

Separate team members deal with leasing the properties when they become vacant and Ann, our principal, is focused on selling new managements and ensuring the ongoing relationship with vendors and the growth of the businesses.
