We are growing! 2014 has been an amazing year of growth for us and we are looking to develop a specialist role combining marketing and general administration support for our Property Management team.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in with on-line and social media systems. We will provide you with full training and guidance for the tasks required for the administrative aspects of Property Management.

Clients are savvy users; advertising is all online, people expect to be able to tour properties without physically visiting them all, competitors are all constantly searching for new delivery systems to reach today’s and tomorrow’s clients.
YOUR ROLE
This is a great place to start or continue your career in real estate. You will be stepping into an immaculately maintained systems with clearly defined procedures.
Some of your task will come to include:
- Managing property marketing of leasing i.e. co-ordinating photos, copy writing, uploading to the aggregator etc.
- Marketing around “just leased” and phone follow ups
- Web site updates
- Database management
- Client newsletter copywriting and distribution
- Rockend client portal management
- Assisting with leasing activities, including showing prospective tenants through properties
- Client expectation management e.g. post inspection feedback to Landlords
The last thing you’ll die from here is – boredom. You will learn more in this diverse role than any other marketing and client relationship interface job we can imagine.

TRAINING SUPPORT TO START – CAREER OPTIONS TO FOLLOW
Real estate is well regulated industry with many separate components that we will guide you in every aspect of this when you join our team until you are confident to perform these tasks yourself. We are committed to providing you the training in the specialist parts of property administration so that you are empowered to continue to provide this quality of service as we grow.
Also as we continue to grow with more staff, this will naturally expand the components of your role and give you several career options. Firstly you may chose to become the Office Manager with new future administrative and support staff reporting to you.
Alternatively as you develop real estate specialist skills you may prefer to become a Senior Property Manager or if you find you have a flair for selling, you can move into a direct selling role for our Property Management services.
