At First National Power of 3 you will act as the Marketing Assistant to one of the area’s leading agents. This role is essential to supporting the ongoing sales success of an award winning real estate star – Jacqui Grimshaw. Jacqui has taken prestigious sales awards of higher order each year since 2011 – these are major achievements which reflect her depth of understanding of the industry and Gold Coast market in particular.

This role is a serious partnership of sales and marketing requiring you to take control of powerful marketing systems which generate leads for Jacqui leaving her to focus on selling. It is a professional relationship which will be mutually beneficial in that you will be able to learn from Jacqui’s experience and expertise and your marketing innovation will be valued and acknowledged both in terms of professional development and financial incentives.

The designer of the First National network marketing systems is a principal of the First National Power of 3 group – testament to the commitment to technological innovation and systems – meaning that technical support is always at hand – in house – and your ideas will find an attentive and supportive hearing. As one of our in-house marketing specialists you will be tailoring our processes to meet the specific needs of the area you and Jacqui will be targeting including her individual social media systems with regular posting and interaction with your vendors and buyer prospects offering market appraisals and linked to all your listings.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, preparing and printing prospecting material
  • Each fortnight creating, printing and distributing marketing material
  •  Producing Just Listed/Just Sold reports for each of your property listings
  • Conducting weekly direct mailings of 1-2 streets in your area offering appraisals
  • Maintaining the web and email based database of contacts to the marketing system
  • Copywriting relevant and professional content for advertisements, listings, newsletters and social media content
  • Assisting at Open for inspections and accompanying buyers for private viewings
  • Co-ordinating all buyer enquires, including organising for them to view other properties from our offices


Our First National Power of 3 offices have been originators and developers of First National marketing and database systems; if ever you have a question – no matter how technical – there will be a colleague close at hand who can answer it

We will provide you training on every aspect of your processes so you will know how to maximise every feature at your disposal. No hours wasted trying to guess how to make a processes work properly or waiting on help lines.

We are offering a salary range to reflect your current level of experience. Regardless of how short or lengthy your work experience we are looking for confident people comfortable with driving modern marketing systems and social media tools.

In addition to a salary we have a KPI based bonus system that will allow you to share the success you will be a part of in supporting Jacqui.
