We have a structured training plan and schedule and take a genuine approach to the professional development of all staff. We have a staged process to introduce you to the products as well as all of our internal sales and administration tools.

Dealer Principal Nick Flaskas leads a weekly sales team meeting and training session which also includes manufacturer technical training and corporate sales training. When working with customers you will always have the support of your fleet specific sales manager and Nick where required.

This process ensures that if we offer you a position in our business you can plan on building a long term career with us.
