You will take responsibility for supporting Mike’s listings with E-marketing programs, basic website information and any administrative work as required. You will also gain a solid working knowledge of real estate selling by participating in all aspects of Mike’s sales as well as prospecting for your own opportunities.

When you prospect you will be using Mike’s reputation to secure the right to conduct the appraisal. Mike will attend all of these appraisals during your partnership time to use his local reputation and selling skills to close the listing for you. You won’t be wasting your precious prospects competing head-on with experienced agents as a solo rookie. Rather you will be a benefiting from the partnership with a selling professional.

Because selling Real Estate is such a demanding role even compared to other sales functions we don’t want to give you false hope. So we have developed a sophisticated and vigorous selection procedure starting with our own on-line selling capacity assessment, called Sales Inventory Profile or ‘SIP’.

SIP is a sales capacity benchmarking system that will show us if you have the inherent capacity to become a sales person in Real Estate. It’s with the insight of SIP that we are interested in talking to applicants for all walks of life regardless of their age education or employment history. If you have even the smallest inkling that you could sell Real Esatet you owe it to yourself to find out if this could be your future.

What if you are not able to work full time?

We also welcome enquires from candidates who are not available for full time work at the moment. While selling Real Estate has a heavy loading of evening and weekend work our office does also have sales support roles that require the same attributes as selling without the same time commitment. We are willing to consider the right candidate for a job share or relief work bases. Then if or when your life changes and you can work full time you will be perfectly positioned to take on a sales role
