If you’re ready to take your telecommunications sales or support background to a B2B solution selling career with an Australian company, whose innovative nature has resulted in us becoming a global solutions provider to the tourism industry, then read on.

Help us continue the national expansion of our mobile phone service within the Australian inbound tourism sector. Building on our existing reputation and success providing international travellers and students with a local SIM for their stay in Australia, you will be identifying and closing new clients.

Our clients are organisations like universities/educators, event companies or specialist associations, including professional bodies, who have regular groups arriving for a defined length of stay in Australia and who need help providing their own clients with telecommunication and internet services.

We have been successful in this space for many years, and we are now ready to accelerate the growth in this product set with a dedicated salesperson. You will be working closely with the company founder, Peter Ovenden, who will share his considerable tourism knowledge and guide your initial activity to help you establish your own presence in this sector and ensure your early success.

As this is a national role and our potential clients are across the country, this role will see you interstate a few days each month.


Global Gossip is an Australian owned company that delivers communication services including desktop and in-room wireless internet access to more than 20 000 customers daily in 6 countries; Australia, NZ, Fiji, USA, UK and Spain. In Australia, we also provide a SIM solution and this role is designed to grow this product.
