We are looking for a sales support administrator to deal with all aspects of the administration process for the listing and then selling of property.

Yearning for a real career in Real Estate, but cannot see how to get there? Perhaps you have joined a small real estate agency straight out of school or you are returning to the work force after a break and you love the work but now you are ready to take on more challenges and build more specialist skills.

If you are passionate about administration and love the challenge of ensuring order and accuracy in fast moving sales office you will love being a key member of our team.

This position is a long term full time role starting with filling in full time for our current sales administrator while she is on maternity leave starting in July. Once she returns the two of you will be working as a team while she returns on a part-time basis. This will then give you the opportunity to learn the specialist administrative processes on the Property Management area as well as dealing directly with the public for part of the day at reception. Once she is back full time you can continue in this specialist role in direct partnership to deal with the increasing work load of our large and growing sales team or grow your career even further with a new role as an agent either in sales or Property Management.

Two Great Offices

This role is based in our Bexley North office and is located right in the heart of the suburb in Shaw Street on the corner of Bexley Road surrounded by great speciality shops, cafes and an easy walk to the station. Our offices are spacious and well designed with plenty of room for each member while still creating a team environment. There is plenty of street parking in easy reach.

Our second office is at beautiful Ramsgate Beach, again in the shopping strip with great access to amenities for your own errands and a beautiful vista for a lunch time stroll. While our specialist staff support both offices from the Bexley North location you will be occasionally working from Ramsgate beach as staff movements and special events require.
