If you are serious about your career and are looking for a role that will give you variety, is administrative but with plenty of contact with the public, this could be your dream job. We are growing the Property Management function within our business and are looking for serious local professionals to bring their organisational prowess to the real estate industry.

No experience is necessary as we know how to grow real estate careers and will fund all of your industry training including full certification with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).

We also welcome applications from experienced Property Managers or real estate administrative staff wanting to step up to Property Management.

We continue to evolve and perfect our systems to meet consumers expectations as well as to reduce systems complexity for staff. It’s a fine balance of improvement and stability to ensure we provide exceptional service in a sustainable and rewarding workplace.

Our commitment to innovation includes the careful selection of staff to join our team using an international system called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) which identifies if you have the inherent ability to work in Real Estates even if you have no prior experience. We won’t let you give up your current role just to ‘have a go’. If we offer you a role it will be because we can see you have the right ingredients needed to succeed and we will back our decision with extensive training and ongoing support.

Full training

You will work initially under Lesley’s guidance to introduce you to every aspect of your job and oversee your work until you feel confident to take full responsibility. Our Property Management team also work as a team across many issues so that we can support each other during peak times and cover for holidays and absences. This means that you will never work alone or be left to guess how to approach tasks.

To learn our systems and software we have access to specialist online training material as well as regularly bringing in trainers or sending you to local providers. If you are new to our industry, we can also support you through Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) program to attain a full real estate certification.

Real Estate skills are global.

Property Management is an Account Management style of selling, a valued skill in many industries. Success comes from being comfortable working with well-defined processes and systems in a timely and planned manner while still having plenty of client contact and the satisfaction of helping people. Unlike the sales agents, there is no prospecting or sales targets just a focus on providing quality service.
