Why I Do This Work
I’ve spent my entire career in sales because I love what it makes possible for individuals, for teams and for businesses. I started as a salesperson in my twenties and quickly realised that success in sales is not just about personality or persistence. It is about having the right people doing the right work with the right support.
That is why I created the Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) and why I now coach salespeople, teams and leaders to perform at their best. This work is about more than hitting targets. It is about unlocking potential and building confidence through skill, clarity and action.

My Experience
Over the past 30 years, I have worked across every level of the sales world. I began in frontline sales, progressed into managing international teams, and eventually built my own business. I started my career with IBM, then moved into senior sales leadership roles across Australia and South East Asia.
Along the way, I saw how often the wrong people are hired into sales roles and how much potential goes undeveloped. That insight led me to create the Sales Inventory Profile, a psychometric tool that identifies real sales potential before training even begins. Since then, I have coached hundreds of salespeople, managers and business owners to perform with confidence and consistency.
