If you are an experienced Console Trust Manager who needs really flexible hours this is the perfect opportunity to join a great team IMMEDIATE START!
We are looking for a Trust Account Manager who is experienced with Console for a 6-month contract to cover a team member already on maternity leave. Yes, that means an immediate start is preferable.
The role requires 20 hours a week and you can choose to work in any combination that suits you. We are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday or even Saturday mornings.
Our Property Management division comprises three teams and is headed by Property Management director, Dorothy Hamilton. Dorothy is one of the best-known and most highly regarded Property Managers in First National as well as a highly-respected trainer, mentor and speaker throughout Queensland.
We are one of, if not the biggest and certainly the best resourced Property Management teams in the Gold Coast region. Working together from a single office we actual provide Property Management service to three First National business including Burleigh Waters The Pines in Elanora and this one at Palm Beach.
Working together in a bigger team from a single office has many personal and efficiency advantages. Certainly, it’s nicer to work in a bigger team of like-minded people. It also reduces stress as we can help each other out on a daily basis to balance peak work loading and in the event of emergencies. It also us extensive exposure and range of suburbs we service from Banora Point in the south all the way to Miami in the north, reaching west to Tallebudgera, Varsity Lakes and beyond.

Our offices hold current First National Quality Assurance accreditation for our practices and procedures. The First National Quality Assurance System is modelled on ISO 9002 International Standard. If we are not satisfied that were operating at Best Practice, we change our procedures.
