We are offering you full support of our established local office and both start-up and ongoing training.

1. Our selection process

We plan for success, not failure, which is why we only start people whom we believe have the inbuilt qualities of an effective sales person specifically for the real estate industry.

The first part of this process is the careful selection of staff to join our team using a sales specific selection system called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) which identifies if you have the inherent ability to sell, even if you have no prior sales experience.

We won’t let you give up your current role just to ‘have a go’. If we offer you a role it will be because we can see you have the right ingredients needed to list and sell real estate.

2. Continuous training

We commit all our resources and a clear process from day one to your learning.This starts with a four-part training program specifically for real estate sales. The program is delivered in stages giving you have ample time to practice new processes so that you are confident to use these before introducing new skills.

After the classroom sessions, we regularly send staff to local sessions, have trainers in house and use a variety of on-line resources to continuously evolve our effectiveness.

3. Local Leadership

The Managing Director Walter Glaser brings an enormous depth of business and sales experience. You will have Walter’s full support in developing your career to the next level no matter what your level of success. With a lifelong commitment to learning and innovation, he is passionate about skills development and utilising technology and people skills in smart and effective ways to build success for both the business and each of his team members.

Walter also leads a weekly sales meeting to: strategies existing opportunities, review proven scripts as well as brainstorm refinements to our sales processes. The focus in all these meetings is to enhance each member’s skills and share ideas to maximise every immediate opopportunity.

5. The Right Financial Package for You

We have realistic targets for your first year with us that are balanced between achievement and challenge and we will reward you proportionately for exceeding these. We start you with a full salary for the first 3 months of training before going to a commission structure.

Our commission structure is split into the various component parts of the listing and sale of property. This will reward you for the individual part you play in the team before you are ready to manage the full sale alone.

So what are we looking for in you?

  1. A local resident committed to everything the St George lifestyle has to offer, ideally living within 20 minutes’ drive of Kogarah.
  2. You’re ready for a serious career as a sales professional and are committed to the journey of excellence.
  3. A drivers license and access to a car
  4. Rela Estate Certificate of registration, ideally completed but minmum you are enrolled in the training component.
