THE ROLE

Our business has been growing steadily for many years, including through 2020 and it’s time to add a specialist New Business Manager to sell what we believe is the best property management and leasing services.
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Trainees work through a training programme for the first 12 months starting with being the Leasing Officer for our entire office followed by formal sales training to sign up new properties.

WHY A BDM IS THE BEST START TO SELLING

This role has significantly more appeal than attempting to sell homes as your first sales role in real estate, not least because of this critical fact; Real estate sales careers have a 90% failure rate for ‘rookies’ in their first 24 months. That’s why there are always so many jobs on offer!

Selling Property Management is not a personality-based sale, like residential selling, and your personal track record is not key to success rather the focus is on the team’s track record. And we have a property management team with a track record you will be proud to represent. So you will have relevant ‘proof’ of excellence from day one.

Room for balance. This role does not have the long hours and late nights of residential sales. This is 5 days a week role, conducted during business hours.

Like selling houses this is a full-blown sales role with uncapped income potential.

WHO ARE WE, WHY JOIN US?

We have one of the largest property rent rolls in the region. This is important as it demonstrates our reputation in the marketplace. You don’t build big rent rolls without a well-run business maintaining a first-class reputation. We currently have over 800 properties under our management.

Structured training program

We have a proven structured training plan with significant training resources, a clean database and extensive marketing tools that will set you on a pathway to success from your first weeks with us.
You will start training with the Property Management department under the guidance of the lovely head of Property Management Grace McAulley who will explain how we manage properties, so you thoroughly understand what our offering is and how to use the leasing systems.
Once you are comfortable running leasing property inspections it’s time to learn to sell. This will be a combination of training courses and working with our Principal Jacinta who will guide you through the subtleties of selling our Property Management offering.

The right financial package

This role offers a base SALARY, not an advance that you will need to pay back from future commissions; plus commissions for new properties signed up, a car or car allowance and superannuation.
Our commission structure is uncapped meaning your earning potential is totally up to you and your success! We also have a multi-tiered incentive structure to reward you for every lead you generate for other parts of our business.
