As we have grown our business has evolved through several structures to bring us to the joint leadership with our second generation of Dominelli ownership, Adam Dominelli. Adding to over 44 years of direct retail experience our group was joined in 2012 by an Australia’s premier business strategist for the automotive industry: Wayne Pearson, previously MD of Deloitte Motor Industry Services.

When you join us we have an initial process that ensures you are systematically exposed to the required products as well as all of our internal sales and administration tools. When you join one of our sales teams you are able to interact with customers with confidence.
Over time to further hone your skills, we conduct a variety of in-house training sessions supplemented by bringing in specialist trainers for advanced sales development. All the while you will report to, and be mentored by, an experienced new car franchise sales manager or dealer manager.
In 2013 we launched the Dominelli Academy of Excellence leadership program. This is a collection of courses over the year to build business and management skills. The course is designed to round out the knowledge base for staff moving to leadership roles across the entire group. It would also be the perfect introduction for staff wanting to undertake private study in business or even complete an MBA.
The options with us to start by perfecting your sales skills and then diversify to other topics that lead to management roles are extensive.
With 3 of our leading brands in growth mode: Mazda Nissan and Ford we’ve got the market covered. All 3 represent leading technology, consistency and performance while still being within reach of most people.
In each of these dealerships you can offer a complete range of vehicles ranging from sub-small fuel misers to performance saloons, people movers and four wheel drive adventure vehicles; all of this with their uniquely different stamp on contemporary styling.
In our group we also have dealerships for Suzuki, Renault and Peugeot with further brand growth in the pipeline for 2014 and beyond. As each team and the group grows you will have an increasing range of opportunities for product variety and when you’re ready promotion to sales management and more.
Each of our dealerships is able to offer one stop service: new cars, used cars, service, parts and finance. This means that you never have to risk a customer walking away because of finance or their trade in. Our expanding used car arm is a major support to new car sales teams as trade-ins can be taken immediately and to the maximum benefit of customers.

Finally you cannot be part of the Ford community, as long as we have, without being passionate about V8 Supercars. With Nissan joining the race in 2013 the excitement in the business has doubled. Reflecting on our long term participation with the V8 Super cars series we are giving a car away to benefit the Westmead Children’s Hospital at the Sydney event in December.
