Training To Learn, Coaching To Succeed
If you are new to real estate, you will have the opportunity to participate in a staged training program run by the Ray White organisation. The staged approach is designed to give you time to implement new skills learnt at one stage before progressing to the next.
Our process of training and coaching is why we are the top team in Holland Park. It is the reason a recent recruit Andrew Oostenbrink entered the top 5% of real estate professionals in his first year with us. Andrew was an experienced sales person but was new to real estate. The combination of training and coaching was tailored to translate his existing skills and build from there to give him immediate tools to use in listing and selling real estate.
