We are looking for a Property Administration Assistant. You won’t find a better career opportunity in property administration and client service than what’s on offer here with the friendly and well organised team at Exchange Property.
We will provide you full training and guidance for the tasks required for the specialist support of the Sales and Property Management functions within our office to complement your current administration and service knowledge.
You will be working in all aspects of support from directing phone enquiries through to managing the legal requirements of our client documentation, processing lease agreements, website and advertising requirements, conduct reference checking and going out to do some Property Management routine inspections, etc

- providing a service interface directly with our client landlords and tenants as well as suppliers,
- delivering to exacting legal standards in property leasing administration
- managing our marketing processes from social networking, web / email, newsletters and CRM database marketing.
As you will be the sole administrator at this office you will be engaged in all aspects of the administrative process from general enquiries to managing our advertising, providing you with a varied and challenging working day. The last thing you’ll die from here is – boredom. You will learn more in this diverse role than any other administration job we can imagine.

We need to know that you have the right attitude for service and a love of administration processes meaning thoroughness and attention to details. You are a can-do person and if you have knowledge, experience or at least interest of Property Management you will love this role even more as you will be involved in all administrative aspects of it.
