We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a current portfolio of 160-180 properties and then help us grow and manage our property management division as a business unit.

The role

This is a job where you can truly manage a portfolio, not react to ad-hoc interruptions all day; as we have front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants and help with routine clerical tasks. We also have a specialist for all the middle and end-of-month tasks and will be hiring a dedicated sales person to establish new Managements. This leaves you free to focus on providing our landlords with the sort of service that has made us the success we are today. Of course if you find new opportunities yourself we will reward that too.

To start you will be stepping into a well-structured existing rent-roll, where there is nothing to clean up. Although every day is never the same as the last –which can be a challenge – proven systems are already in place to support you.

The primary software package we use for Property Management Console and the CRM is LockedOn. Experience with Console is an advantage it is not essential.
