We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Bexley North. As the market leading office in our region with one of the largest rent rolls we are offering you the opportunity to join our award winning team that enjoys unequaled resources, career advancement to either managing the Property Management department or take on more general business duties and financial rewards.
We work in a portfolio environment managing 180-200 managements, so you will be working across the full property management role as one of two team members at our Bexley North office responsible for part of our rent roll. Our full Property Management team includes three more members at our Ramsgate Beach office.
You will be expected to manage, not react; so you will have front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants and help with routine clerical tasks.We also have a specialist who does all the middle and end of month tasks and we are currently hiring a dedicated sales person to establish new managements leaving you free to focus on providing the sort of service to our landlords that has made us the success we are today. Of course if you find new opportunities yourself we will reward that.This role reports to our Office Manager Amanda Paparizos.
With the work of our new sales person we are planning a steady increase in Managements which will create opportunities within the property Management team for a leadership role and then direct people management.You will be stepping into a well structured existing rent roll where there is nothing to clean up. Although every day is never the same as the last –which can be a challenge – proven systems are already in place to support you.The primary software package we are using for Property Management is Rest Professional and although experience with Rest is an advantage it is not essential.
