LAUNCH YOUR PROFESSIONAL SALES CAREER AT WISEBERRY ENMORE

Looking for a career change? Wanting a role that allows you to be creative and help your clients with their biggest commercial life decisions? This is the opportunity you have been waiting for. Join our dynamic office in the heart of Sydney’s Inner City, and get your Real Estate career working in the environment you have always wanted to be in.

The role

This is a job that allows you personal flexibility and financial success directly in proportion to your efforts? Mostly you want to work in something you are passionate about: property.

You’ve probably heard that the highest paid sales staff are working within Real Estate, so no wonder the role attracts the very best people. However listing Real Estate is far from easy; the survival rate of people starting sales roles in Real Estate is less than 10% – in fact 90% failing within 2 years.

But not at Wiseberry.  What’s different about us? There are many factors that make joining us the best selling career choice you will ever make. Let’s just start with just three:

1. Focus on professional selling, accurate selection and ongoing training

2. Our office including, the team culture, our management, resources and innovative young branding.

3. Our inner city market place, possibly the most robust in Australia, we think the most interesting.

If your wanting a successful career in Real Estate sales let us explain in detail why joining Wiseberry Enmore office will be the best career move you will ever make.

Our inner city market place

Sydney’s Inner City market and to be exact the Newtown/Enmore/Stanmore/Marrickville circle is Australia’s most robust and steadily growing market.

There are lots of reasons people want to live near the city and we want to mention just a few that brings people in to our side of Sydney even more than the rest of the inner city ring. That includes two of Australia’s most prestigious universities, Australia’s largest teaching hospital,  only two stops by train (while the outer suburbs have been pleading for trains for over 30 years) or 15 minutes on a bus from the CBD and our beautiful harbour.  Then for the convenience of daily living we have two full size shopping centres and a patchwork of parks, pools and outdoor areas.

Despite this heavy commercial pulling power our suburbs all still function as welcoming and intimate villages and have the human elements that makes living in an international city pleasurable and leading on this issue has to be the COFFEE and the impressive selection of Cafes from pram friendly to those with 24 opening and an equal number of other food and entertainment venues.

We could keep listing our market strengths as anything that brings people into our area  fuels demand for our properties no matter what is happening in the broader Sydney or NSW real estate market. While all suburbs have their time in the sun ours has a sustainable demand that is seldom affected by the pressures of the wider market, or the peculiarities of interest changes fluctuations let alone global crisis.

Our market cycle runs from: on hold, moving steadily up, to firing and back around again. Often while other suburbs housing prices fall our prices are just in a holding pattern. This market strength gives our vendors the confidence to act when they need to. Our market strength also makes our vendors a more demanding and sophisticated client than our price range would normally suggest

Our office

We have been providing real estate services since 1927 and as a result have the area’s biggest rent roll. That’s 6 generations of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants that we have serviced and continue to return to us and refer us to their friends. That means there isn’t a square centimetre of our market we haven’t had extensive experience with and numerous examples to offer new clients to prove the effectiveness of our service.

Our business is now owned and run by David Cradock who has been a member of our office since 1980 and the owner since 1995. That’s a lot of local knowledge and Real Estate expertise at the help. Ours is not an office started yesterday by a sales star wanting a greater profit margin. Our office is run by a seasoned industry professional with extensive business management skills and experience who?s focus in the success of the entire team.

In 2008 despite such a strong local identity we choose to join a network, carefully considered the options before joining Wiseberry. With this much local knowledge why join a network? So that we can continue to focus all our personal energy on the local market without having to invent the business management wheel or miss out on the latest trends and tools.

Wiseberry is a new brand with all the energy and dedication to innovation that comes with wanting to do things better than the big slow moving and staid old guys who have to stretch their resources across a diverse national market. Wiseberry is a specialist Sydney network with a clear focus on selling and sharing sales resources on a weekly basis with all of our members. Being a young network we have no old juggernaut systems to update rather we have established all our systems after extensive consideration of the most up-to-date technology and a clear review of the modern needs of the real estate industry.

Focus on professional selling

Despite all the advantages our market and office offer a new member we never under estimate the complexity and sophistication of helping our vendors and buyers make the biggest commercial decisions of their life. The enormity of our sales needs extensive and finely tuned sales skills quite different to other sales jobs. We don’t leave you to work any of this for yourself as many other business will.

The first part of this is the careful selection of staff to join our team using a sales specific selection process called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP). We offer only the appropriate people a role with us defined firstly by their ability to sell (even if currently dormant).  As we said selling real estate requires specific sales skills and we will only offer a role to candidates we are confident can succeed.

Secondly a market as unique as ours demands existing current market knowledge. This means we give priority to people who have grown up in our area or have been long term residents.  We don’t want you to be reciting the benefits of our market as you learned them from a script, we want sales staff who live and believe in the strengths of our area. Only a fellow local can do that.

When you start with us we offer you an extensive initial training program provided by our partner company Synergy First. This is a process that starts with an initial week long  training that ensures you have the full process to cover every sales situation.

We then partner you with an experienced sales member to ensure you see how these skills are implemented in practical circumstances and allowing you time to develop your own wording to suit your style without losing sales while you are learning.

Finally our training partner Synergy provides our entire network ongoing training on a weekly/monthly basis to help us stay current with new tools in the market as well as share our sales experience to keep us all current.

That’s what we offer the right candidates at Wiseberry Enmore and that’s how we will help you build your real estate selling career with us
