A Buyer Manager with PRDnationwide Newcastle is part of a large, well organised team. You will work closely with our top listing agents and receive sales training including listing properties. You will be included in all the sales training which listing agents receive.
The Buyer Manager role is an opportunity to work at a professional level in real estate sales without starting at the bottom. An attractive package is provided and there are opportunities for bonuses through sales, leads and financial products.
As a Buyer Manager, you are empowered to focus on what is important to the business…and that’s about growing customer relationships. It’s a selling position without the pressure of hunting for the stock.
You have the dream job of helping clients find their dream home when looking for property for clients who may be overseas, interstate, or managing a busy family life and/or working full time leaves just a small window of time to view multiple dwellings every Saturday. And in building strong relationships, you build a client loyalty to you and ultimately to the business. You are working with the best sales agents who are working for the vendor so you will have immense exposure to the relationship with the vendor, so providing a spring board into a Listing Role as you will already have a huge client base.
This is a five day per week job (including Saturday,) with an emphasis on developing relationships with buyers and other stakeholders. You will have the chance to use your existing knowledge and people skills while learning new things everyday.
